I am an accredited Body Control Pilates teacher, Back Care practitioner, and a qualified Yoga instructor specialising in back care. 

I run the classes in the Norwich area, including Brundall, Blofield, Great Plumstead, Lingwood and Salhouse. I offer private tuition and specialised “Back Care” classes from my studio in Blofield, Norwich.
